Cowboys Nail Bar is equipped with the highest quality of products and services for your salon experience. Your safety is our top priority, and we utilize state-of-the-art equipment and sterilize our equipment after each use in sterilizers, thus assuring that our clients have a clean and safe experience.

We request you kindly go through our policy carefully for the mutual convenience of the customers and the salon:

  • If you are diabetic or have any infection, fungus, we might refuse to serve you. If you insist on still receiving the service, it will be at your own risk, and we will not be responsible for any consequences.
  • We have the right to refuse or stop service for any person who is rude or comes with a bad attitude.
  • No loud phone calls or conversations are allowed inside the salon.
  • We accept cash and all major credit cards (Visa and Mastercard included).
  • Gratuities can be given to our staff if you fee! pleased with the service.
  • We do not provide refunds on any services. However, we will try our best to address your issues with services, if any.
  • We have gift certificates available for purchase. However, it cannot be refunded or
  • exchanged, We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
  • Our prices are available on the menu. Please also confirm the prices with the nail
  • technicians before receiving the services.
  • You will be fully responsible for your personal belongings during your visit.
  • If you are coming with kids, we request you to take care of them.
